Spending Sundays without Dad

Posted on: Sunday, November 2, 2008

Thank god it is only 1 more Sunday to spend without dad. Yup yup, my boys and I have already spent 5 Sundays without dad. Though it is fun, it is never really quite the same without the dad around, the house seems to be quieter, outings seem to be lacking of something and there is nobody to share the fun, joy and tiredness with me. Anyway, basically this is what we have been doing:

  • Renting movies from the video shop
  • Eating lunch at the park
  • After which the boys will go for their weekly train rides at the park
  • Play around the playground
  • Take a last ride on the train
  • Then off we go home for clean up and an afternoon nap.

Simple and fun and it zaps off the energy from the boys J

Hi I am Angelia Giam! This site is basically dedicated to my 2 very precious boys who have filled my life with the all the colours of the world. It is also about me striving to lead a balance and fulfilling life with the family I have created. I have also added some basic food recipes which I have tried and tasted; and recommended some parenting books which I have read and found it to be useful as well for all to share.
